My PhD research was a collaboration between the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and the University of Sydney’s Brain and Mind Centre and School of Biomedical Engineering.

Core work was focused on computational models that combined multimodal data (EEG, MRI, clinical) in a deep learning pipeline to understand and inhibit seizure propagation in the brain. The covid lockdowns meant pivoting from initial plans. I managed to recruit patients for our studies and achieve our goal of improving clinical decision making and the patient journey.
